When you suffer a property loss, the insurance company will send a staff adjuster or an independent claims adjuster who is contracted by the insurance carrier. Both adjusters are paid by the insurance company, and you should understand that they represent and serve the best interest of their insurance company employer. We are aggressive and work diligently to ensure that your best interests are represented and that the insurance company fairly settles your claim for the maximum benefit to you by honoring the provisions of your insurance policy.

Neil started flipping houses at a young age while learning the construction industry. He has owned multiple businesses throughout the years but became an insurance adjuster with the intention of helping the homeowner. After 10 years of working for the insurance companies, he realized how often the homeowner or business owner was being underpaid by their insurance company. Neil switched to a public adjuster representing home and business owners against the insurance company to maximize the value of their claim.

Michelle began her career in 1994 as an insurance agent writing policies and still holds that license today. She has worked for numerous years as an insurance adjuster but decided she wanted to help the insured instead, so she became a public adjuster. Michelle is known in the office for resolving complex claims. We are not sure how she works her claims magic, but Michelle will negotiate any insurance adjuster into a fair and reasonable settlement that is in the insured’s favor.

David earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from Michigan State University. He spent the next decade applying his science background and experiences working for Federal, State, and non-profit agencies. This work included scientific research, grant writing, managing projects, and developing partnerships among governmental agencies and private interests.

David is also an accomplished author regarding business practices and intentional culture change. In 2020, he began working for Your Public Adjuster after having a claim on his house and seeing first-hand how the insurance companies treated their insureds.

Joseph began his insurance carrier in 2013 specializing in medical billing and coding for a treatment center while becoming a Nationally Certified Interventionist Practitioner. In 2018 he started a tree and roofing company. Joe traveled the country assisting homeowners after devastating storms and hurricanes trying to help repair the damage and make them whole again. Realizing that homeowners were at a disadvantage when dealing with insurance companies, he became licensed as a Public Adjuster since helping people is what he enjoys the most.

Dorinda graduated from the University of Central Florida in Health Services Administration. Unsure of what to do after graduation, she began working with the Volusia County School Board. She worked part-time for Your Public Adjuster but after Hurricane Irma struck Central Florida, Dorinda started working full time for Your Public Adjuster. She is the Billing Coordinator and Office Manager.

Jessica began working in the insurance industry in 2018 with a local Insurance agent. She received her Insurance Customer Service license (4-40) while working for that agency to help each customer find a policy best suited to them. She wanted to branch out in the insurance industry and find other ways in which she could grow and continue to help the insured. She started working for Your Public Adjuster in May of 2022 as an administrative assistant where she helps to review the policies and coordinates the day-to-day activities.
